no you pick a character for the whole tourny…you play a game best 3 of 5 if you lose you are eliminated but u have 2 other teamates thats can defeat him and the rest of the team…if your team defeats all 3 opposing characters you guys win and move on to the next round…but if the other team defeats you thats it your team is done…you only play one game best of 5 until you either lose or eliminate the opposing team.
