Wow, so they released something in the end. Now, unless we see something like a grand total of 6,000 Videos and Screenshots (well, since the trailer is released, Necrostorm said the users are allowed to upload footage) coming up in the next 2-3 days, like someone said a page ago (iâm not remembering who it was, maybe Deza or Duaie, sorry guys .-.) it still doesnât prove the game is complete and everyone of the 6,000+ clients have recieved it.
Funny thing, still. The Facebook Page still doesnât have the trailer on it.

90âs SF2/MK ripoffs were at least playable. This looks worse then Zeno Phage, Timekillers, Bloodstorm, that MK ripoff on the Jaguar, Time Slaughter, Primal Rage, even the SF2 The Movie the Game looked better.

Itâs cool, if we donât get any footage from these â6000â customers by tonight, its fake, the trailers out now, theres absolutely no reason not to upload some footage of this game now.

I know that there is/was speculation about the game being a scam but a lot of what that Kotaku article highlighted is the abusive and unprofessional nature of the company in dealing with itâs potential customers. Ranging from belligerent forum postings / emails, outright censorship of criticism, ambiguous media embargoes, repeated failure to uphold officially stated deadlines, and complicated distribution of the game ALL are still valid complaints and were meant to inform the purchase of Death Cargo.
The ironic thing is that people in the FGC wouldâve likely tried to support this game at some level and forgive some of itâs obvious shortcomings if it wasnât for the outright AWFUL manner that Necrostorm handled all of this. People (at least some of us) wanted to actually play it at some point and Necrostorm completely lost sight of that.
Regardless, hopefully now that the official trailer is out we can finally get some reviews and gameplay. That is if anyone actually has the game yet.
I genuinely love the music track, but the rest of it still looks awful to me. I actually thought that Nova was some crossdressing man in a school uniform with an ugly blonde wig until I remembered that was supposed to be a woman. I didnât have much interest in this game anyway even before the recent PR fails.
Well, Kotaku sent the Activation Code on Friday. Considering they said it could take from 2 to 5 working days, the author could receive the game around Wednesday (if they donât pump it out faster), since Saturday and Sunday arenât working days here in Italy, so the processing could have started just this morning.
