you still didn’t really explain how one stupid move could beat the best of the best at your game.
the fact is you are giving a 33% chance to escape a combo for every hit and you are given a chance to counter out for free now that seems crummy to me.
Now that I see people are acting civilized around here, let me post some things.
Higher-Jin, yea the 33% chance of escape my sound good, but certain attacks can restrict you from holding a certain type of move. If your character is sit stuned (don’t know exact term), then you cannot hold high or mid. There are several other types of stuns in the game that can really limit your hold options. Knowing what attack to start with is all the difference. Also, don’t forget about throwing. Throwing a holding character does 150% damage. Holding is not a secrity blanklet like I said.
I can’t belive anyone posted a counter argument in this thread, can’t the SRK’ers let the idiots and trolls be? Just ignore them, if they make stupid threads, ignore them, just let them rot in their own stupidity.
If ANYONE says “DOA is deep and better then T5 and VF4” You know they are obviously wrong, and they know it to, otherwise, they would not have started a thread saying it, the reason these threads are made is to either
A. Make themselves feel better about the shitty game they love, or,
B. Start shit to get attention, and this always works.
Jae, just leave, and ignore, it used to be fun, but it seems SRK has it’s own little “Troll” and “Troll defender” group now that likes to stroke each others nutz to make themselves feel better.

DOA isn’t even a real fighter. They just get a fanbase because of the girls in bikinis with big jugs. First game with breast physics, that’s what made it different… They even made doa xtreme beach volleyball. It’s a masher that’s easy for casual fighting fans to play.

Tekken 5 is on another level
DOA is still at the same level as it was with DOA2 hardcore.
DOA cannot compete with Tekken 5 in terms of gameplay, so DOA fans should just be happy with their girls and costume.
