I really stopped following GL shortly after the whole destruction of Coast City thing back when Supes died. I really wanna get back into it. Blackest Night and War of the Green Lanterns has me quite interested
The mooning was right before Sinestro corps, the Bat punch was when the GL corps recruited him back up again I believe.
I stopped following GL after Sinestro Corps war, other than the main Blackest Night trade. It got really confusing when they introduced all the different lanterns and had like 6 books, I just didn’t have the time or money to keep up.
Picked up Batman: TAS seasons 2 and 3. Amazon has a sale right now on DCAU stuff. Getting Season 4 (New Batman stuff) and the complete Superman series. After that I just need Justice League and I have it all.
^ What about Legion of Super-Heroes? You gotta have that as well. I managed to dl the older superman animated 80s series.
It’s not DCAU, AU is it’s own contained universe started with Batman and ending with Justice League. Besides the Legion show was kind of off to me.

No trailer for Batman: Year One, just some featurettes (I can’t find the one I watched with my buddy the other day, but I am guessing you found it Radiant. It looked GOOD though, same art style as the comics, and it’s definitely not done kiddy. Catwoman is still a whore

My GL will sadly be Guy Gardner, because Hal was away and Coast City was about to get wiped out, when I paid attention to anything GL related.
I really need to get back into GL, but would need a crash course, what with all the entities (Ion, Parallax, etc), and Guardians dying, and Oa being wiped out (again)…I wouldn’t even know where to start

Yea it does. I’m excited. They are using some of the panels directly from the comic book to set up some of their back rounds…It doesn’t get more literal translation then that. The only thing i am not sure on is who they got to voice Batman. Wasn’t really feeling his Bat Voice in some of the voice session but perhaps it will sound on point when added to the show. Bit premature to judge quite yet. Everything else looks incredible and their dedication to being faithful to the source material is just incredible. I am very excited, I love that book.

One show that isn’t brought up too much is The New Batman/Superman Adventures. I didn’t hear about it till later, but it was basically just re-runs of Batman TAS or Superman TAS that were aired on KidsWB back in the day, along with a handful of new eps that I think later made their way into the Superman or Batman Adventures series. I’m only really mentioning it because it potentially has the best opening out of all the DCAU shows.

I will admit the best part i remember from the new Batman show WB showed was when Superman went undercover as Batman and beat the breaks off Bane. Bane had the best “Oh Shit” face when that happened.
That was actually an episode of Superman–“Knight Time.” One of their best comedically oriented episodes.
