Testament/Dizzy have to make themselves vulnerable to set traps or fish. All you have to do to go through a net is mash punch when you jump or something. All you have to do to beat trees is hit Testament before you activate one, or just run past one. Exebeast is just one exebeast and it doesn’t chain into multiple exebeasts. Even if you FRC it, you can’t have two projectiles on the screen at once, so Testament can’t pin you down with it. Their moves are great for okizeme, but you can’t just throw them out without fear like v-13 can. This, I think is why people think v-13 is so cheap. She can just fill the screen with swords, and it seems safe.
That said, I’m sure she’s beatable, just gotta figure it out, but I don’t know who’s playing her if anybody, so I can’t really work on it right now.
v-13 builds meter faster than the rest of the cast.
v-13 can combo ANYWHERE on the screen (not just pseudo Arakune bugs zoning you, but actually comboing into a legitimate knockdown).
v-13 can do the 236236D super, and follow up with a dash into whatever she feels like…or not dash and do more full screen zoning.
v-13 has a teleport…as if she needs it.
v-13 loves Ragna, and makes herself all cute around him: “Ragna, do you hate me?”
v-13 is currently ranked the best character in the game. She is beatable however, by means of primarily RTSD.
As for Jin, he’s a well balanced character. Not too much more I can say, since I don’t know the character too well.
But yeah, GG is still far more technical than BB. We must bear in mind, however, that GG =/= BB. While the basic mechanics are fundamentally the same, the games are entirely different. In BB, throws don’t prorate, neutral wake-up is not instant like pretty much any other FG (the player controls the wake-up animation for about a 4-sec duration), just to name a couple of things.
You’re just gonna have to find a way in.

I’ve only fought one AMAZING V-13, but holy shit, just from that one match I don’t know how tager is ever supposed to get in ;-;
i think the main problem people are having with nu is they get zoned so they start to get impatient. if the person playing nu is predictable, they’ll lose. her drive swords have more recovery than it seems, so if she doesn’t guess right and you see an opening you just gotta maximize all of the damage you can off of it.

I play arakune , She Rapes arakune for free… there is absolutely nothing arakune can do. I have to hope she makes one mistake and if I dont take the mistake I lose.
Traps get beat by swords… her swords are faster than my traps on the come out. Her swords kill teleports…
only thing I can do is Aras 214A its a teleport that goes in a triangle shape I have to hope it goes behind her so I can throw and lock her ass down.,
oh and matt I found out what happened… we couldnt have same charcater teams and me and him both play arakune… so yeah. lol
