Why would it not be a link? Crumple is just a form of hitstun and its not a cancel, therefore it is a link.

For the simple fact that you can move around after ex sobat hits , means it is not a link. By no means should be able to move around while doing a " Link" nor can you move around.

I.E: Can Balrog walk back and forward while do cr.jabs and have them all still " link?" I doubt it.

I played with steve… A char I was still learning at the time… and that was before my Prime. I didn’t take that thing seriously either though. I ran the table at every convention i went to after that tournament.

By this reasoning, only 1 frame links are links. In a 2 frame link, you technically have 1 frame to do whatever you want movement wise as long as you execute the attack on the following frame. It’s just not noticeable.

My HDMI cable has been AWOL since I came home, and I haven’t had my PS3 on my main TV til today, so it looks like I’m gonna have to go hunting for one… Theres some money I don’t want to spend but damnit I wanna watch me some blu-ray movies.

Yeah, or RC or FDAC. But since it doesn’t use any cancel to the first move and you simply do the next move, it is a link.

Me, Keits, FunkDoc, Tuna, and Mow were playing Kouryu over the weekend. It rules, but the fun factor goes away once it devolves into both people picking ken. Red Wave is a much more fun version overall because the bullshit is still there, but its not ken and his DP.

Funny stuff about Red Wave:

• Dhalsim has crazy fast michelle branch throws.
• Zangief can SPD in the air while above the other person.
• Chun-Li and Blanka have QCF+P fireballs that do Lightning Legs/Electricity then it throws a fireball/sonic boom. The strength of the button decides the speed/trajectory (medium punch goes at about a 45 degree angle)
• You can press start to change your character at the beginning but you cannot after you take damage.
