The real issue here, how the fuck did this man go to jail in the 1st place, if the rape NEVER actually happened? This is why the legal system is fucked up and needs fixin’, immediately.
Dude spent a decade N’ a half in prison, basically cuz the state felt like puttin’im in there. Cuz there was surely NO evidence that a crime was committed, who the fuck was his lawyer? He needs to lose his job as well as the prosecutors.
And “Charade” needs to be sent to Arkham City and so she can get beat by Batman cuz that bitch is a supervillain.
I’m sure the man who married a whore and had to get by doing anything he could is completely innocent. Sucks he got thrown in jail because his daughter lied, but let’s be honest here: statistics show this man would have/did do something to belong there anyway. I’m okay with that.

I want to say protect yourself, guys, but seriously how do you protect yourself from this? Other than finding the perfect woman, which sadly in this sense simply means a decent human being, you’re always subject to shit like this once a woman’s survival sense kicks in. There are a LOT of men who grow up with a very limited capacity to gauge a person’s personality and throwing the desperation for a relationship/sex into the mix just skews it even more. It’s quite simple to fall into a trap such as this one, with the laws that we currently have. It is fucked up bullshit and it’s a shame that this girl and that man had to go through that.
If you take anything away from this story let it be this:
You’re never safe. Even when innocent, admit nothing, say nothing, do nothing.
The police don’t give a shit about you. They tricked him into providing “evidence.” Fuck that.
Never trust a woman. Given the choice to just hop out of his daughter’s life or server 16 hard years in prison, sadly, society gave this man little choice but to be put out of his daughter’s life because he was thrown in prison. If you’re facing this type of shit, you have to fight their way and bounce out of your partner’s reach, and unfortunately, the children’s also. It’s sad, but true. Every minute you’re without an alibi, you are at risk. the only winning move is not to play.
This is the real reason we have a crisis of fathers in this country. There’s no reason that a person should be given that sort of punishment without any physical evidence.

Anyway, that mother needs a good drop-kicking. That’s fucking ridiculous; sickening, even. It’s because of scum like her that innocent people have to suffer through bullshit like this. Not only has she managed to completely destroy this man’s life, but she had the audacity and selfishness to deprive her own daughter of a father figure. Not to mention all of the traumitization she probably went through because of this whole scenario.
I hope her daughter has the smarts to drop someone like that from her life, even if it is family. %100 unacceptable.
EDIT:I think this story also goes to show how severely the legal system caters to women. They ruined that man’s life solely off of word of mouth from the daughter and mother, even in contradiction to all of the physical evidence (like her hymen being intact) that was presented. Goddamn.
How long does the dad have left in prison? Because if I were him, I’d ride my sentence out. After my release, since I served time for a crime I didn’t commit, I’d go find my daughter and lay down a pipe so hard the Mario Brothers would be coming out of her vagina.
