Hmmm not liking how Wonder Woman looks from the trailer but I will DEF. get this movie.
I think she looks great. This is essentially a period piece, and she matches the look of not only Wonder Woman, but most hand-drawn women of that time.
Martian Manhunter in martian form looks like Frank Miller drew him during DKSA or something. Definitely very cool stuff.
I just finished watching the DVD and liked it. I thought it was going to be horrible judging from the previews and what I saw, especially since it was set in the 50’s and was drawn old style. But I liked it, it did a very good job of telling the story and hitting home some really good points. I didnt really care for Superman Judgement day, but this one definitely didnt disappoint. 4/5 stars!!

I finally got the Absolute edition for about $50 shipped from Buy.com. Its amazing so far! After I finish it, I’ll probably get the torrent for it. Then buy an HD version when that comes out.

I thought all the new voices would turn me completely off to it as well but it didnt. It kinda makes sense since its set in a different time, that the voices dont match. Wonder Woman and Supes seem a lot different as well.
So long as they sound right, I could care less about who does the voices.
I’m just glad Hall freaking Jordan is being shown as the GL, after the disaster that was John Stewart I’m glad there showing the real Lantern and not some random black dude that was only including to seem diverse or whatever the lame BS reason was.

Nah, I just hate seeing the race card played for no good reason. It also defies the logic and purpose of a team that is supposed to assemble the very best DC heroes when u have someone who isnt even considered the strongest GL. His skin color got him a pass which is a really shitty reason since changes should be built for the integrity of a story and not for some political agenda.

Well this case is very different, I mean you would think that when selecting a GL member u would go with the baddest and most powerful lantern there is (Jordan or Kyle)…so u really have to question exaclty why John was chosen considering there r at least 4 more lanterns above him in rank and power. Ive always hated the race card and I dont think it should ever determine the creative direction of a story.
