Chaos, can’t wait to see you Ken in action again. Every time I played you at UP your Ken made my head explode! In mean that in a good way. 
I updated the first post with the poster for the event that I’ll be hanging up around town and on local campuses and I though I’d show you guys because well I like doing these sort of things.
On the subject of banning Gouken and Seth I think I’ll just keep them playable for the time being. They are totally beatable and I still haven’t been exposed to some genuine game breaking stuff they can do yet so that’s that. There’s always Sagat! :wow:
seth is probably the worst character in the game, or close to it.
goukens alright but he has some pretty clear weaknesses (notably: no specific anti-air, horrible range, fireballs are worse than most characters’)
it seems as though my plans have changed and will be able to make it after all.
What better place to make a first post than here? I’ll be there for SF4 and HDR; this will be my first tournament, hopefully I get to meet some cool people and make some friends. Random ranked matches aren’t the best way to improve my game, I want to meet some people I can learn from.

Hey guys another minor update. I added a link to the facebook event page I created for this. The only real note of interest there is that I posted 2 of the 3S matches that got recorded at the first Damage Control but never made it to youtube for those of you that are interested. It features a random match between Flare and Fire Chocobo in the winners bracket and the winner’s final between Flare and Therapist. There are a bunch of videos of the first event floating around out there but who knows if they’ll ever get posted.
Pence do I know you at all? I work at Cyborg-1 in town if that rings a bell.
Also YEAH ehonda’s coming! Bill, see if you can convince JMS to come down, I haven’t seen him in a good while. Did you want me to sign you up for any game in particular?
Last time I was in Cyborg I was either with friends picking up some RPG books, or grabbing a copy of Watchmen in preparation for the movie. I’m not really a regular there anymore (don’t keep up with comics, haven’t played 40k or Magic in years, etc.) but I usually end up inside at least once a month. Hell, I used to go in middle school, when it was still located on Main St. Short answer, you probably don’t know me yet, I was pretty surprised to find out there’d be Street Fighter in Doylestown.
Now that I know there’s a Facebook group, though, I’ll jump on that.

The Gamestop round 3 tournament yesterday was surprisingly hype and I had a good time despite being under the weather. Congrats to Capmaster. It was cool seeing Kyle, NJ guys, and Matt there, you guys made that tournament. Also, SO MANY VEGAS, wtf.
As for sticks at the tournament kevgeez I have 1 extra right now but should have one more by the time the tournament rolls around. Usually at tournaments other people will let you borrow their stick so I think it should work out alright.
As for buses and train routes from Philly to Doylestown you might want to check Septa’s site. If you get on the R5 train to Doylestown from the Market East Station that should take you all the way down there. It’s the end of the R5. Hope that helps out.
