same here, after i saw a vid of him playing ken vs chun chun at EVO (i think), he parry that chun super down foo(i still laugh at his opponent, he smashed). thats what made me get into SF even deeper. i do plan to play him one day (maybe)><
props to all that plays daigo though, i give it to you billykane, that was some skill bro
I understand how you guys say respect for not taunting, but wtf sometimes you got to entertain the crowd.
KO during Evo2k3 Finals did it against Daigo at least twice. You cant tell me how many times Daigo taunts… now that is annoying, even if it is part of a setup.
Daigo only does the taunt for the damage bonus when it’s guaranteed, he rarely ever taunts mid-game or after the match is over. People who know nothing about 3s always tend to think he’s being cocky, but he’s really just using all his tools to beat you. Do you consider Q players annoying for taunting to boost their defense even though it’s a strategical move? It’s not annoying, it’s smart! As for not wanting to taunt Daigo on purpose, it’s just a personal stance, no big deal. Daigo was respectful so I don’t think it’s cool to taunt him just because I happened to win that one match. I rarely ever taunt people I dislike unless there’s some kind of strategical value involved, so I wouldn’t do it to someone like Daigo whom I have a lot of respect for.
That “ei ei ei” that you’re referring to actually comes and occurs throughout mui thai fights in Thailand. The fact that the gaming public has recently started to do it is simply just a new fad.
