So um… I wanted to get my art up on Srk After looking at Tokoyama, Woof’s stuff and Everyone’s elses… And Since I’m Starting my GCSE’s Now, I thought It’d be good if you guys can Crtique My stuff… So yeah…

This is just a sketch of Ryu I did, And I’ll post stuff up of my ArtBook Later! :woot:

Oh and Before I used to scan my pictures at my sisters house(She lives two doors away from me) But I’m Really Sick atm so I can’t eally go anywhere… This was taken by Webcam… I’ll post up a scan When I can.

You’ve got good work, the only thing I would say is that you need to find a style that suits you best. Personally, I really like the sharp angles that you have in your Ryu, you do that very well imo.

you have some nice portraits here. i do have some critiques though. the eyes you use for your characters look really nice, but i’m not sure it works on your male figures. but i’m only judging by the ryu piece.
also, be careful of chun li’s shoulder length. other than that, keep it up!

yeah i agree about the eyes on the male characters. but it looks super cool on the female ones, i like the karin one the most! great work

Some graffiti. =D Iv’e been getting quite a bit of requests for these… People call me stupid for not selling, But I asked some dude How much he’d pay for a graffiti and He said about 2… Which is what… $4-$5? I was like F- Off I ain’t doing that…

An Incomplete one that I hope to finish Soon… Because I really like batman…
And Here’s onethat I did on a train… Lol, Got a fat headache doing it but it was fun… Lol.

Tokoyama, You’re right about shoulder lengths… At first I drew It Longer and it looked weird so I changed it, I guess It was because I was used to Drawing them short… Looking back, I shoulda kept it at that length… Thanks Tokoyama… =D

And Some Colour Practicing, I don’t have a Drawing Tablet and Iv’e Seen Omar Dogan Using Markers and Using Colours To Really get some nice Effects… So… Er… Yeah.

EDIT: My TV Is HD and this Picture is coming out VERY pink… If it is for you guys, I wanted to Say that It shouldn’t be this pink and It is kkinda a Yellowish too… But It’s come out very nice

I gots alot more, But… Maybe another time… I’m Trying to Get my Anatomy and Faces Crisp clean, I’m getting annoyed with me Having sick Ideas but My lack of Drawing bodies and Stuff Dragging them Ideas own.

Your heads look pretty squished. Example… The ken portrait his skull is misshapen. I’m guess you started with the eyes and went from there but you should really start with the shape of the entire head first. That way you aren’t arbitrarily placing hair with out an idea of where the head would be.

You have a good eye for things and your coloring seems good. You just need to work on your anatomy and get a good structured base down for your pictures.

I Personally think that The Heads are like that Because Of the Way I draw my Hair… The Hair line Is always too Low and I make the top of the Head too High, Which then Makes no Space for the actual face.
I’m Trying to Change that But I’m getting no Luck, Im too Used to Drawing like This. I’ll get it some time!

It’s been a while since I’ve updated this thread huh? Since the days a name change was just buying a subscription during Christmas, Where everyone would come to the art section for some Custom AV’s of Stair Jokes and DingDangDoom, and Daigo fanboys running loose, and Yes… I’m still a fanboy. But aside from all of that, I’ve still been drawing! At one point I actually gave up because I was so frustrated because I hit a

[/img] plateau with my improvement and decided to not want to be an artist anymore. Anyways, Just wanted to post some stuff up for old times sake and if you have any comments, I’d be more than happy to recieve your personal input!

Recently I’ve had a somewhat of a transformation with the style that I do, a year ago I had bought two whole set of copic markers that were useless to me because I had no idea how to use them, and then stumbled across this guy called Elfandiary on Tumblr two weeks ago and fell in love with how he used them! I ‘stole’ his style of colours with Skin tones markers and grays and now I’m here. I’m still trying to improve and I’m actually happy with what I do.
