Dad takes CoD loving kids to war torn Israel and gets criticized by other parents

for whatever reason it reminded me of my sami bracelet :wonder:

and for the record, a friend of mine is half swede, half mexican

I bet his kid is still a camping little f@66ot

honestly people have this romantic idea of armed conflict in general

people think war is like cod and battlefield - urban settings with lots of hipfire and badassery and etc

war seems to be more like arma - spend a half an hour in a helicopter, walk for another half an hour, get killed by a dude hiding in a bush from 500 meters before you get to take a shot

I mean you could argue that he has possibly put his children in harms way but that can happen stepping out of your front door, I feel he made a bold choice and great one educating his children and giving them the ability to make a choice and they made a good choice. Big up’s to the father.

they should do this for fighting games to, have some some kids mom or dad visit a locale in another country and fight with a random stranger with a background in mixed martial arts as the kid stands in the background with a two frame look of horror of their face

So… The father is exploiting victims of harsh circumstances to teach his kids a lesson on playing video games?

Extremely stupid

Yeah, I don’t think you know what exploitation means bro.

…Or why not just play the damn videogame with your kids? It’ll save you time, money, and the lives of you and your children.

The father doesn’t seem to have a grasp of what videogames are about. The kids aren’t trying to get involved with actual war, and they can’t possibly take part in one.
CoD is a game, nothing more.

Exploitation: the act of making use and benefiting from ones resources.

I don’t think YOU understand the meaning of the word. He’s literally exploiting the actual sadness and trauma of war torn victims to passively persuade his sons not to a ya video game cause of his predisposed feelings on the subject

I’m sorry but why the fuck you having nightmares about a damn monkey? That’s some funny shit.

He’s exploiting actual war no more than the company that base their games off WWII, terrorist attacks, etc. to make a profit. People actually were actually injured or died in these acts. He’s showing his kids the victims rather than the glorified point of view the games portray. Sorry, no trumpets blowing, bonus multi-kill points, or medals earned once a building blows up.

Right, his resources are his income and a nearby airport.

The dead and wounded are still there regardless of anything.

Like deadass, how can you read that definition and call it exploitation? what are you even mad about?
