To tournie organizers and those bringing consoles/equipment…when do you guys land in Vegas? I was wondering since i would like to jack as many TVs as we can for the tournament. Its going to be huge and we need them. I was planning the second they open (9AM?) to jack at least one station.

attention tourney organizers!!!

to all the guys that will help me run this tournament, I need to you either post here, or contact me directly via e-mail or text if you have my number, we need to get this tourney ready, I have preregistered over 40 people, so we need to be ready.

  1. when do you guys get to vegas? I will get there thursday night, remember, we need at least 4 setups in order to run the tournament

  2. how many organizers are actually going to help this is very important

  3. what bracket system are we using? tonamento? HAV please let me know asap.

1.) Thursday Morning / Early Afternoon. I am hoping to be able to meet up with Warzard sometime that day and then meet up with you guys. I am contributing one setup. Not sure if my friends can but 1 is guaranteed.

3.) I looked at Challengo and it seems easier to use as well. I vote for that.
