I have the same problem. I checked the log and it says ERROR for the intro. I’m on vista too.
digimonemperor’s and nagi’s cvs2 remixes both work fine on my computer. great job, guys. :tup:
however, nagi, there might be something wrong with your ken files (or there might be something wrong with my setup). if i try to pick ken, when i’m about to start a fight, it shuts down. (http://i27.tinypic.com/a2gdbl.jpg)
I just looked at my log: Error loading storyboard: Intro.ogg
Took a few minutes to get past the initial set of loading and now it boots up just fine.
Streak… go into the def file … which is in… awww forget it here this what was wrong. Since you can make custom colors you can edit the def file but i forgot to give you the act with that file. here is the fixed def for Ken… any other problems ??
ken works now. i think there’s the same problem with kusanagi, though.
A bit of a problem fellas. I DLed every file for Nagis CVS but I cannot get the game running. I mean there is no mugen window to open at all.
I have chars packs 1-5/sound/stages/patch/dataandfontplugins/and just a blank paper icon that says winmugen.33
I did extract everything.
he made a link for a download for the mugen window.
Kusanagi fix
please dont hesitate to tell me what is not working. Thanks Streak for your testing. I have this on two computers on one is was correct the other was correct but did not have the custom palettes. so this should fix Kusanagi
Also does everyone know how to pick all of the hidden colors… you can pick 6 with the face buttons and holding start has 6 more. check out some of my custom colors. you will notice some fireball color changes and some other things. I might even be willing to request on colors for certain character is asked. nicely lol.

This is pretty good shit. Although theres some hitbox problems with Kyosuke. I did Urien’s cr. HK and it passed right on through a part of his leg.
I Dled the window thanks. But it doesn’t run at all. Is there a folder I’m supposed to put it in?

Just make sure, the folders you need after extracting are;
data
plugins
font
sounds
chars
stages
ALLEG40.DLL
zlib.dll
That’ll make your winmugen start right up.
Like with DE’s CVS put all the characters in one folder right?

hmmm sorry all of the bugs. I lot of it is due to custom palettes that I had. i am going to test them right now.

I did not see a problem with Hayato but after picking him I noticed that his height was off so I updated his CNS. Anymore bugs?
This mugen is High-res so you will need a good computer run some of this.
Characters wise all CVS 2 characters that was produce by Warusuki 3, H, Rei, Jesuzilla And Rolento are in the game. The game includes 60 characters.
Ryu, Ken, Gouki, Kyo , Haohmaru all of the favs. Also introducting SEPERATED version of Violent Ken, Evil Ryu, Rasetsumaru, Kusanagi and many more. Included is a move list for all characters. Also there are some edited versions of characters picked by pressing and holding the start during selection.
I also have made my own palettes for characters. Such Ken and Iori and several others. You can change them if you want. Also remember if you update you have to change the def file to have the new .act.
All the characters are in 6 button form and all have some form of groove select.
Stage and music - The game has some great high res stages and some none mixed in. The game has almost every stage from CVS and CVS2 and they all have the correct music for the stage except 1. I also have 3 or 4 extra stages added.
Make a folder extract and play. Make a chars folder to put the characters in. CHECK OUT THE MOVE GUIDE IN THE DATA RAR.
