Is it possible to get a decal made to fit a standard 30mm Sanwa balltop, and have it stay there (to withstand constant playing)?
That shouldn’t be a problem. I will work you up a sample tonight. For 5" round, two color, would probably be $12 shipped.
I know the vinyl will withstand the constant play, but I am not sure about getting it to conform to the globe shape. What did you have in mind?
How much would a set of ten decals of this logo be, five white, five black, 2.5" across? It’s vector.

The text on the left would be impossible. It would measure 1.67" tall and 0.20" wide. 
Otherwise it is do-able.
