Im terrible with exchange rates and not sure if paypal can convert US to pounds or eurors or whatever but what would a black/white swirl (preferably one of the ones with more white than black) cost shipped to west coast USA?

Is the clear red and the black and white marble swirl both at 35mm?
All Ball Tops are 38mm unless specified.

It’s taken anywhere from 2 days to 2-3 weeks for shipping to the us, there doesn’t seem to be any logic in it
