Saturdays are when Rambo and I film our pro wrestling commentary show and do some coop gameplay. But we’ll see what’s going on; we need to beat F.E.A.R. 3 but I don’t think we have much longer to go.

Sunday I’ll see if I can make it. For the casuals; fuck watching EVO streams, none of the games right now are any good for tournament play. Someone should bring their PS3 so we can troll and watch EVO inside one of the shitty PSHome theaters. Who cares about watching it in Home when you can just watch it normally on a PC?

Honestly, i dont even really care that much anymore because as soon as Third Strike “dies” im quitting fighting games I think because I don’t like where the scene and community is going. The games suck now and I need to grow up and begin finding a career path. I’m sick of horrible connections, worrying about getting better at something that means nothing for my future, learning something that wont help me, and trying to play with people who are either to far to drive or w people who really arent as into it as I am.

Games are fun now and are not aimed at the competitive player as much as they used to. Games also have shorter lifespans and if you look at Sf4. mvc2, mvc3, AE, and ST you will see that trend. It’s almost pointless now to be dedicated to learning a game because it will die in about 7-8 months now anyway. That’s pretty much factual. So why play seriously? I’m just going to play games for fun soon…like i used to before i started taking gaming seriously. It’s great to do that sometimes. Well, for me at least.

And before you say, “I try, but no one wants to play”, I’ll say that we’ve made it clear where we stand on various games. If you’re willing to travel so much, I’m sure there’s a whole bunch of classics played in NY, more-so than CT at least. Go have fun.

I respond like a normal person and you often never respond to what I say, so either you don’t see it or have no retort. And I thought it was coming across on SRK as someone who could be different in person and then I saw you act exactly the same way in person. And if you were as serious as you say you are, you would be willing to drive that extra mile. Cheeseburger(Gysbert), Plot Armor, and I often drive an hour and a half to two hours to spots in Mass and CT to get games in, not even tourneys but just casuals. We drove to Albany, NY two weeks ago just for casuals and we all live in the Springfield area of Mass. And when its all said and done, why would someone want to spend a chunk of time with someone who instead of focusing on what they need to do to get better at a game simply says the game is dumb and then continues to bitch about the game.
