I wanted to let you know about BG fight nights and ask that you work with BG to make sure events don’t interfere with each other. I actually think you know of them, they are located in Vernon and they have been holding events since the end of last year. There have been weekly fight nights on Friday’s and at the end of each month we have ranking battles. Check out the thread and if you have questions please post in the thread and I will answer to the best of my ability.
My bad, i knew about battlegrounds but didnt realize you did rankings, and especially on the last friday of the month. unfortunately friday night is really the best night for us to host too, we want to do something every two-three weeks, what i’ll do is make sure i don’t ever schedule one on the last friday of the month again, but hopefully you guys can take a break and come down and visit us on one of the other fridays we’re hosting, i’d love to mix the two groups of people if possible.
I’m planning on dropping by BG tonight with 2 friends to see whats going on and get some games on. I’ve only been to BG for tournaments and would definitely like to also show support.
Actually scratch that other plans came up. Probably not going to BG now.
If you can try and come up on the 28th before your ranking battles start for the night that would be great. If it’s too much of a hassle then don’t worry about it. I will be there pretty early like around 5pm or so, maybe we can get some matches in.
or what we could do is host both tourneys and the best of the ranking battles… say top 3 play a 3v3 on one of the home turfs the first week both tourney organizers flip a coin to see who hosts first then after that we can alternate

It actually starts pretty late like around 9 or 10pm but the latest it’s ever started it 11pm. If you can show up give the store a call and we might be able to hold a spot for you.
Hero’s idea sounds nice but I will have to talk to the BG owner about that because I am not there every month.
Ya sorry, but I doubt I’ll be able to run my tournament and then drive all the way up there in time to make it. Now that I know not to schedule stuff on the last friday of the month. I’ll probably head up there for next months ranbats and if your there maybe we can talk about setting up a teams battle sometime like Hero talked about. I think it would definitely be cool to do a teams battle in our venue or yours.
unfortunately i don’t think ill be able to make most of these if they are on fridays, and im pretty much a lock to work just about every friday.
if there is ever one that isn’t tho, ill def be sure to stop by despite acts of god, the last tourney & set up was pretty nice.
oh man that sucks Essex, so far this Friday hasn’t been working out as well as I would like with half the people going to BG and some like yourself having work or other plans hehe. So far it looks like we’ll still get a good turnout though!

Free Chicken is gonna sit this one out. I DID just get myself a 360 stick, so i’ll be all primed and ready to wail on everyone soon. This week my car’s in the shop and I gotta go get it so I wont be making it. Thats right, this tournament just became free.
