Yeah he was playing both games until his girlfriend came and got him. He beat me 6 or 7 times in a row and then I switched my super to Hugo number 3 and dominated him. I was trying to grab him too much - and he just kept pokin me. So I had to get turtle style back at him… good times.

Hey, everyone has been getting a lot better at CvS2 at CSULB. It’s nice to see my ass getting handed to me by RC’s, lockdown strategy, and generally good play.
The next step is to take your game to a tourney and put it to the test, in order to make the next big leap in improvement. So we’re gonna go represent at the CAl Poly tourney this saturday (4/8). I can drive if everyone puts in a bit of gas money. I can fit like 6-7 people, so we should all be able to roll in the van’o’destruction.
They’re having 3s and CvS2, as well as a bunch of other games, but those 2 should be our main focus. I’ll prolly meet up with everyone at CSULB gameroom around 9:00a, and we’ll leave from there. That means we need to practice up this week hardcore, because we have a long way to go.
But compared to where the school scene was 6 months ago, I’m very impressed. You’ve come a long way, pretty much caught up with me. Now maybe we can finally break out of the low-mid tier status, bleh. Get ready for Sagat ownage.
So post up if you wanna come/need a ride, spread the word at the game room, and lets get this shit going.

I’m actually going to start school at csulb this coming semester so I might show up at the arcade from time to time.
I was there a few days ago, on a “tour” from a friend and played a few times, there were two guys playing cvs 2 that were giving me the stink eye so maybe I’m not very good in their eyes. One was sitting on a chair and the other was just there. I think I saw them both using blanca, I dunno, that game’s a mystery to me.
But yeah, I played that dude Jason, like 20 times I think. It was kinda back and forth, and not to use excuses, but I was trying to figure out new karas and parry tactics the entire time.
Anyone I should be excited to play against there?
oh yeah and I’ll definitely be there at CalPoly this Sat. ( I think it’s this Sat.) the 8th?
oh yeah and I’m always at Regency on Wednesdays. I play with the regular crowd there… ( Ray, MikeMenace, Greed, Rob, Jaime etc.)
