Anybody willing to help out a fellow student with a project?
I need to have 10 people (5 men and 5 women) answer a survey for a Sociology class I am taking. Very short survey, only 4 questions.

So, that mystery poster from way back when who posted the ssf4 new roster is back. This time he tossed up the leak for… wait for it… MvC3. Capcom does have the gathering thing in hawaii next week, so this might hold some water. Who knows. If it is real, I wonder what the roster size will be and what it’ll contain

Larry is like low key, really good.
I remember the first time I played him, it was in Alpha 3.
I saw him playing by himself on the machine and I was like “Let me go beat this asian punk”.
Boy, was I wrong.
I think this was when Third Strike had been replaced by the chairs.
LOL.
Let’s get another gathering sometime soon.

hmmm weekends are looking locked down since i cant get out there for certain
the only thing i can think of that can work for me, is having is getting a gathering during the week. Tuesdays and thursdays i’m already in the area. I could ask my friend to drive me home.
I do happen to have money for the moment, but it wont last long hahaha
but hey dont let me stop you from having fun and just go have fun without me again

It’s kinda funny because I started messing around with Alpha in part because I was getting my butt kicked in CVS2 and/or the quarter line for it was too long D: PS the computer cheats like hell in that game too, when they use those multi-hit mashing throws they will take off like half your life before you even know what happened…on that note I dunno if the OCE people will take suggestions for this but turning the AI difficulty down might help them make a few more bucks, I see some random people that come by to the A3/2I and basically walk off kinda annoyed only to pretty much never play the games again after the first fight because it’s basically impossible to get past them if you’re a beginner.
That Asian guy that’s been watching us the last couple days still doesn’t want to play yet…we should break him in soon enough. I dunno if he’s just afraid of losing or doesn’t think he’s any good but you don’t learn much of anything by not playing and it’s supposed to be fun either way.

You know, I wouldn’t mind going to Regency. Problem with that spot is that it is a major Marvel scene, hardly anything else. 3rd Strike machine is a bit iffy, sometimes it works sometimes one side might not work, etc. My buddy Lamar lives around that general neighborhood too. Off the top of my head, here is what I remember seeing:
Marvel vs Capcom 2 (They got like 3 machines)
Third Strike
Capcom vs SNK 2
Super Street Fighter II Turbo (Part of a machine that holds all the Alpha games and all the SF II games)

Guilty Gear XX
King of Fighters 98/2002 (Not sure which one)
They also have pool tables and the bowling alley.
