why not start your own challenge? seems like there are as many of you as there are 3s people.
It’s not a rival gang, just a preferance.
Kinda defeats the whole purpose of the set up if we’re all gonna just do our own thing.
My impression was that most the fun was seeing other people’s drawings as well.
IMO they should have omitted SF as an option after already doing a SF game.
But whatever, the results speak for themselves, so have at it.
So when do we get cracking with the drawing and who is the first character?

You could always draw Twelve X-Copying a Playboy model or something if you find his original form too bland.

At least now we get to see Apathy critique more on another challenge he can’t be bothered to participate in!

So, if you’re going to complain, then at least follow people like VS that are making the more competent complaints about how “we” should be doing another Capcom game, especially a Street Fighter one, so soon.

Oh dear, you’re trying to be conscending when you don’t have a point. (You seem to have conveniently forgotten that you totally went off me when I said that I wouldn’t be playing Mark of the Wolves any time soon for reasons of availability. If you’re going to say I have issues with something, then that’s the closer you’ll get since I am still admittedly annoyed by the stupidity you displayed there.)
Anyway, please point me to what issues I have with 3S aside from it not being Darkstalkers, having a subpar cast (which has been a constant complaint of any version of the game), and being yet another Capcom cast? The latter two are understandable complaints which most of others have expressed (at least in terms of the Capcom franchise) and to call out first one would be (further) hypocrisy on your part.
It’s not like I hate 3S, especially when I got to used to playing before the local arcade shut down. It’s just after so many Street Fighters, we have to go through, as VS said, four repeats (with the only looking signficantly different being Chun-Li), an angsty Guile clone, some white thing, two men in thongs, and yet another “shoto”. I don’t take issue with drawing the other characters (or any of the Illumanti…as long as they aren’t in thongs); it’s merely that that is already a significant part of the cast.
However, despite my elaboration on the severity of my issue with the cast, I’ll draw 3S if I get around to it. I just probably won’t feel as inspired as if it had been something less (immediately) repetitive like King of Fighters’ and Guilty Gears’ and Darkstalkers’ designs.
Oh well, we’ll see. It’s not something I’m losing sleep over it like you seem to think I am.

I think I would have prefered Darkstalkers myself, but really, can you be surprised about this outcome? It’s the most popular game around srk, so it didn’t come as a shock to me.
And really, I apologize about being a little too rough when it came to people not knowing anything about MOTW. I just assumed any longtime srk’ers would know at least it’s cast.
Anyway, I hope no hard feelings, I went back through the original challenge thread, and I remembered you were one of the few people that noticed my Cody, and you seemed to like it alot. So thanks again for that.

I’m in the middle of working out a new way to run the gallery. The old way was too time consuming for me, so I’m testing different ways to host it where members can upload themselves.
Here’s a question though. The gallery I’m setting up includes the option to post comments directly to each picture. Would you guys want to do it that way, or would you rather keep the discussion here at SRK?
Oh! Hmm…if both is possible, then sure. I think uploading and posting comments directly with each pic is a lot easier then having to scroll through pages and pages of one big thread. But then again, having charming SRK banter like up above is alluring too.
