Mint: Very nice Makoto. Really Dig the brushes you’ve used to color this one and you’ve drawn a more mature Makoto. The effects on the hair look great!

Rook:That Uriens Looking Choice! Like the pose and angle. The coloring is cool too. The suit looks kinda like Venom. But ethier way looking turbo-rad as always.
Star: Cool Ryu. Would have liked to have seen the other leg since it kinda unbalances the compostion a bit. The Coloring is looking tight! Especially the way you did the hair.
Its been so long guys… After several months of BS at my job, getting sucked into some dumb MMORPG, and getting sick as hell, I finally decided to pick up the wacom again and paint something. I checked back here and saw that SF3 was going on, so I decided to paint something up real quick;

I apologize for never getting anything in before…not too far after the first challenge was when I moved. But I’ll try to get a few things in this time. ^^ Glad to see it’s still going. CptMunta-nice urien. Angle is cool as heck. Vary your lineweight some more.
mint-Good Mak. You don’t execute her body as well as her face. Looks like you spent more time on her face than anything. Great pic though.
rook-You are getting good. Love the angle and the color you chose to put focus on the clothing.
12-need I say more. Your style is awesome and simple. Abstract, but I can read it as clear as day.
Hanzou-good pic. Gray lines aren’t working in this pic though because they are lighter and they don’t follow the color. Good pic overall.
Star250-Good choice of colors. Before you move onto painting you need to learn more about the under structure of human anatomy. Very nice gadual variations on the ibuki though.
CHAiNwhore-Pics are more pimpin than andy lau.
Sheng-Long-Nice realistic look. Pose might be a bit stiff. Don’t hesitate to throw down some solid shades on this.
Bowling Pin-Good angle and movement. Definitely feel the energy in this pic. Foreshortening on the hand and arm may be a bit off. Overall nice one though.

That is very nice! Like SFMC, your characters feel rooted down and they don’t seem jazzed up. I think that’s what makes them charming.
There are some really nice paintings and sketches here. I really love how there are so many different styles, even though they are the same characters, it never feels the same. Great work everyone, keep it up.
belt placement looks too high and i think his legs could be spread out more to look more dynamic. When you do the kind of lighting, it’s best to make the details fuzzy in the dark and to not have the black outlines for his sillhouette, it takes away from the effect. keep on rockin g along man!
