So I got the Emulator to open.

By the way anyone looking for the files I was looking for I used Visual++ link, not sure if it created the files for me but it works now.

My next step is figuring out how to use the gdrom2rom.exe

Yeah I have the emulator running, but I need to figure out how to extract the GD roms, I am terrible at command line (which is what you use I assume from the read me file on how to extract them). Thanks for your help.
