stop pressing those damn buttons while you’re blocking…makoto has nice frametraps with her s.mp ans you were getting counter hit a lot. Also be aware of her overhead move she likes to finish blockstrings with.
she’s totally free on wakeup, rape her after knockdowns and keep your OS sweep ready since the only thing she can do to avoid pressure is backdash
uhm vs Gouken you did a good job the second round, dont know what happened in the 3rd one. basically vs gouken you need to play patient, he is free on wakeup too since he cant do anything vs the palm, careful with fireball wars since he can EX flip and be on your fave right away. Good thing: he cant hurt you off light attacks so just block and dont get frame trapped…oh and tech the throw too. Ive found that vs EX flip. a simple jump straight up leaves you safe so do that and maybe EX fireball on the way down just to make sure. overall akuma is better than gouken, so as long as you dont get hit by dumb stuff, stay solid in your game plan and capitalize your knockdowns you shouldnt have problems vs gouken.

Pretty halarious that you only put up the matches that you won. I remember joining a room that o shin akuma o was hosting about a month ago and you were in there and the only matches that you won, which weren’t many, were because you landed a random ass demon and got lucky with some mashed dps. It was pretty clear in the matches that you posted that it was laggy to the point where it was difficult to play since Juicebox was missing some really easy stuff to pull off. I’m not sure how much he’ll appreciate you uploading these matches, but hey I guess it’s a free country.

We’ll have to do some matches again sometime just to see where my Akuma now situates against yours: the last time we played you pretty much beat me (pretty badly) every time.
@Bman: He did say he only won 3-4 matches against Juicebox who he said won like over a dozen matches… Don’t see what the problem is of him posting the few matches where he thought he did best against him. Certainly nothing to call him out on.
im pretty sure no one wants to see my losing to juicebox after he figured me out and beat me 11-13 times straight and most of them were very very close matches.I try not taking the game too seriously online because let’s face it …it’s online everyone who goes to a tourney knows this game is way different offline so i try to not take it so seriously.
the match your refering to i saved and uploaded on my youtube account.Now im no SSF4 god or anything like that but i know the Akuma match-up the most out of any matchup…if any Akuma even try’s to cross up tatsu me on wake up that = a free demon because my hitbox is low enough for the kick to wiff and the startup annimation makes me invinsible for a few frames so calling that a random demon is wrong he was tatsu happy and ate a demon for it its pretty simple.However Random DP punches happen online and are in the game i remember playing Killer Instinct back in the day doing C-C-C-Combo Breakers all day to kids with jado its pretty much the same thing when you think about it.:lol:

the reason i wasnt playing alot more conservative against blanka is because the dude that is playing is kind of new.
nice videos but you should have taken advantage of the fact that the rufus player was REALLY ex messiah happy…he kept on throwing them and you never really baited one to punish it with U2. You should have won that one, you were the better player in that match.
It’s not often I get the chance to find some good comp online (let alone a good connection) so imagine my surprise when I saw this guy in and endless mode room, full green bar… FROM JAPAN!! Especially considering that I have a hard time with the Dudley matchup. As most of you can probably tell, I get pretty mind-fucked against Dudley. I did much better in the 4th match, but for the most part, he had me realing most of the time, making me drop combos and 2nd guess myself a lot. Still, these matches helped me improve somewhat.
Oh, and stay tuned after the 4th match for a special guest appearance by… Someone who’s played JR before!
You aa well though the HP srk isn’t netting you all the hits for maximum damage. Try substituting it with the mp version for better damage than you would otherwise receive with an complete hp version.
I made this switch myself some time back and have found its made a welcome difference. MP srk is much easier to connect with fully than hp and yields 130 dmg (as opposed to 150) so its worth the switch unless one can consistently connect the hp version in its entirety.
