@TiredOcean Haha I don’t have a problem with Facebook I’m part of the 3sEU group but didn’t know about the HoG one. And yeah I spoke to someone on 3sEU and they said at HoG there is a bi-weekly so hopefully I can make it down for those. Is there any day where people just go for casuals? Like friday nights etc how it used to be in trock and casino?
3J mentions going on Sundays, so you could try then. But Fridays works too. Really all you’ve got to do is go to the 3rd Strike Heart of Gaming group and basically make a post saying “Is anyone up for going to HoG this Friday/Saturday/whatever?” and see who says yes or no.
In regards to the ft10 season you will have to wait until the current season ends, Definetly worth getting XBL to play 3s. If you can’t afford it i suggest GGPO, PS3 lacks players and strong competition
@Deemo Ah ok cool. But the bi-weekly one that one anyone can enter right? I will looking in to getting an xbox but I really miss going to an arcade and playing
Yeah anyone can enter the bi-weekly Arcade one, next one is 28th of September

They tend to start at 1 pm Sundays, but you can show up later than that - all that matters is that by the end of the day, you play everyone else there. I’ve shown up last Sunday at 4:30 and still participated.
@TiredOcean Thanks for the reply. That’s cool to hear, some sundays I have work but can finish around 1pm. Do people hang around after for casuals? also what time does it all end thanks.
One more thing too whats the deal with HoG? I went there when it first opened but I haven’t been since is it open mon through to sun? or is it just specific days? do people just turn up whenever or does it have to be arranged now?

Yes, people do hang around for casuals after the event. The event tends to finish at 7 p.m. latest, I think, so it’s about 4 hours of casuals; but some people do leave before then.

But basically it’s open from 4pm to midnight weekdays, noon to midnight on weekends. -
From personal experience, attendance at the HoG tends to pick up at the weekends. But to be sure of playing other 3rd Strike heads, we tend to arrange casual meetups.
