Viruses tend to do that, especially ones that spread easily.

So today was the first day I was allowed to leave my house as long as I’m asymptomatic. This virus is so stupid because I can’t tell if I have shortness of breath because I have asthma or because of the virus. I have to wait til Monday to try and get a test. Also I’m paranoid I haven’t cleaned enough… Like I’m trying tk rack my brain around if I am gonna regret it because eit survived on something I cant clean well like the couch or my mattress. I’m giving myself an anxiety attack because I can’t be out another two weeks.

Throw the mattress and coach out or maybe steam clean em. Hate to hear u going thru this tho, fam.

The virus, from most reports, does not survive long on fabrics.

Quarantining it to permit fomite die off should be sufficient.

Multiple sources to validate I’m not talking out of my ass here.

Been too busy labbing this virus shXt than labbing fighting games.

My mom just got off with the health board. Because she wasn’t sure if she needed to quarantine even though she got a neg test because of my. I live in the downstairs apt.

Im immune for the next 3 months for this specific form of the virus but not necessarily for the new form.

If I get it the new form it will prob show up as a neg on the test. So I have tk pay attention to my symptoms… Though if it’s anything like before it’ll be easy for me to tell I caught it. The amount of flem I spit up and fever it was obvious I was super sick

Yeah I think I’ve calmed down a bit. It’s just tough because I knew instantly when this shit popped up I wasn’t gonna be an asymptomatic person. So I don’t even have the luxury of faking like I don’t have it. People assume because I do athletic things internally I’m not a shit show.

I think right now it’s mostly asthma stuff and it’s cold so I got paranoid. But now I know I’m immune I just gonna make sure to be diligent still with my cleaning. So I make sure my mom doesn’t get it. I stay good ebough cleaning but I’ll prob double up on my car cleaning procedures.

Good to hear you recovered Maxx.
Although I don’t have Asthma, I did know what you went though with the Covid, and it’s some scary shit.

Dumb son of a bitch I work with that brought the virus in with him returned to work today.

Shocked to discover the virus has been mutating. . .

I am here:

I don’t want your stupid ass coming in here sick (like you did two weeks ago), and UNINFORMED - nine god damned months into a global pandemic. Ten months in you finally hear about varying strains? Keep. Up.

These motherfXckers. . .

Mannnn…I can’t.

Has anyone in the US been able to make an appointment to get vaccinated for parents or older relatives(65+) in your city?

Tampa has had a web portal to make appts with small amounts of vaccine but I haven’t been able to schedule one for them yet.

…huh?

Wow…

In the movie Die Hard, Bruce Willis risks death in an air vent.

Whereas in the pandemic, Bruce Willis risks dying hard needing a ventilator to get air.

It’s disturbing seeing older ppl not comply with Covid-19 restrictions since it affects them the most. Like, do you WANT to die?
