Checking out local news and in the last 2 weeks over 15 local restaurants have closed because a staff member tested positive.
So here’s the thing:
Every location except 2 were bars or cafes. One was actually a cafe in the morning and a bar in the evening.
Both of these types of places have people ordering at a counter, standing around and waiting, shoulder to shoulder, and taking their masks off to drink whatever they got.
Stop all alcohol sales after 9PM and close indoor dining for cafes.

Here in Norway, you’re obliged to take bar/resturant orders at the table now, and you’ll get thrown out if you try to walk around to other tables.
Well, in theory. Somehow it’s not working quite as intended. Turns out drunk people are bad at remembering directions, bartrenders taking orders at the tables constantly don’t have overview of everything, and somehow drunk people don’t stop being horny AF even during a pandemic. The way they’re doing things now mainly to try to keep the bars afloat while still keeping the infection numbers relatively low, but they bars are still having major issues making ends meet because of restrictions on how many people they can room.

I mean a Pandemic is only going to make people more horny not less. When people’s options for entertainment go down, sex goes up. We’ve long known this. Add alcohol to the mix and yea no duh.

I have to terms that one of my closest friends is a covid-19 denier…I was hoping he wasn’t going to go that route…but here we are.
We nearly got into a shouting match over how serious this virus is.

It’s so fucking sad. How many news stories have we seen now of deniers catching the virus and dying or having someone they know die from it? It’s so sad because decades of brainwashing is getting these people killed. They only realize they are wrong until it’s too late for them or a loved one. It shouldn’t be like this.

Man, I got family that is listening to one of these Youtube scholars about CoVID and Bill Gates and depopulation, and a myriad of other fuckery.
I want to get them off the internet so bad.
Some people only listen to who they want to. Sad, but true.
That’s the thing about this whole pandemic. The dumbasses will hold us back and stretch things out longer than they needed to be. Only a vaccine or a cure will really make this thing go away.
