Fauci is the only one holding that thing together. If they bounce him, he basically gets rid of any credibility his press conferences had.
On the plus side it seems the federal system is working and a lot of states are being proactive in their own.

While Bolsonaro is a complete moron, most of the governors are doing a decent job (despite the late start) and the health ministry is trying to balance between doing its best and not pissing that clown off.
It’s really stupid.

There’s not a “supposed to” timeline yet. I’ve read people on Twitter saying that for them it was a week or two. That’s like reports from 2 people though.
