if huge amounts of people went out and got chloroquine and self medicated, than we could hold the president responsible…but not everyone did, or even thought of doing it. why?because people have brains and understand that medical advice should be dispensed by a doctor first, especially with prescription only medicine. the people who did are stupid and i’m sorry for them, but you can’t hold trump responsible for their actions.
