you get a skill point every game your team plays with the same roster i think
and skill points can only be applied by captains

Go higher, like 26-30 I think. I got mine at 28. Then do whatever you want. Training endurance is a bitch, but it pays off well.

No, it doesn’t. It says they’re permanent, but they get redistributed at the end of the season. Once you set them, you’re stuck until the next season.
