I’m thinking about going to the team tourney (Bloodbath and Beyond, Houston) instead of going to Arcade UFO (Austin). There is also another tourney in the valley at NE1 Lan Center (McAllen) going on next weekend. Big Chris and Jewel said they were down for the team tourney (Bloodbath and Beyond).
What are everyone’s thoughts about next weekend?

Well Bloodbath and Beyond starts on Saturday. So unless people want to go up the night before and stay at a hotel or have some place we can stay at I’d like to leave before by at least 9-10am because I like to be early to stuff and complications always happen. Lol
If people want to go up on Friday though that’s fine with me. Just let me know what you want to do.

i bought it…not feeling it. My first character in any fighting game is the big damage characters. The Hulk/Green guy is very slow as in none of his moves come out because the faster characters are jabbing the shit out of him. Maybe I have to put it on easy mode or wait for the practice but nothing was connecting with him. NO XBL at the moment but once it is implemented i’ll play you online R3Y. Oh, don’t jump on T.Hawk…neutral either.

I feel your pain EeS. I was trying to play the damn game with an arcade stick last night lol. It was pretty humbling. It felt like every character was suck but I read some shit in that thread they started so I’m gonna try some of that while playing with a pad today. I’m not sure how bad the green hulk dude is because honestly he whooped my ass for like 30 minutes just throwing me out of EVERYTHING lol.

Okay so for Bloodbath and Beyond I’ve confirmed Rey, Matt, Phelps, Chris, Myself, and Jewel. Right now I need to know when everyone wants to leave either Friday sometime or early on Saturday morning. If we go up Friday we can get a hotel and I’ll bring a setup with me so we can play casuals and work on our game before the event unless someone has a place for us to stay at and get casuals in. Also need to know when you need to be back by, so if you need to be back Saturday night let me know so we can plan accordingly.
Jewel I left you a text but it basically says what I said here. Anyway guys just get back to me. Also need to know who is willing to take a vehicle since we may need two vehicles to fit everyone.
