Apparently that was what it took to get their attention. Product now in hand. Turns out the ball was mostly dropped here by USPS (no fetch your own package slip) which was then exacerbated by a lack of response until now from FocalPrice to my e-mails.
I don’t have the same luck you have. Mine seem to be lost somewhere.
I just bought one of those PIII converters (model 538) for the Sony DS2 that were recommended to work after 3.50, and it works like a charm thus far. However, I noticed when I plugged it in for Blazblue CS that it came up at the choose side screen as not just one controller but three? So my PS3 thinks that their are three controllers plugged in when in actuality there are only two. So I was wondering if this a common problem with this or other converters, or should I stop using it before it screws something up?
Guys, I read the whole topic, but I have not found the information I wanted. Exists any adapter xbox> ps3 that does not have lag? And that works specifically in a HRAP SA VX? And that does not have a price too high?
Thx
Not that we know of. You will have to probably mod your stick.
I’ve got a PIII converter (A01) and it does the same thing but detecting two controllers instead of one through the adapter. I’ve seen other people posting the same problem too on other forums, so it isn’t uncommon, unfortunately.
Thanks for you reply.
Anyone more ?
found this old Radioshack adapter lying around in my house

Works fine with HD Remix. Havent tried it with any other fighting game since i have Super 4 on 360 and i can’t find my vanilla SF4 disc for ps3.
Used both PS2 dual shock and SFAC pad.
Only thing to note is that for some reason the Start and Select buttons were switched on the SFAC pad.
Anyone know of a good lagfree xbox 360 to ps3 adapter? I’m thinking of buying one of the EX-SE sticks.
There isn’t one. The EX SE is still a badass stick though.
Thanx dude
To continue with the question from the previous page, are there compatibility issues with the PS2/PS3 to Xbox 360 converter on Xbox 360 Slim systems?
For me if I don’t get a PS1/PS2 stick, I might just go with a Real Arcade Pro V3 so I might consider getting the Blaze converter.
Anyone ever seen or use this;New PS2 Controller to Xbox 360 Adapter Cable - eBay (item 150528443982 end time Jan-01-11 18:40:45 PST)?, it looks decent but I don’t wanna buy it then get pissed when its laggy or requires a wired controller.
question about testing input lag: would results between testing lag of a converter on a PC and testing the lag on a console using the same converter differ?
So what is the best lag-free, controller-free, ps2 to 360 converter for a decent price?
Found some on ebay, but I need this thing sooner rather than later, if anyone knows where to get one of these or the Blaze rebranded one, let me know asap.
You’re outta luck Squared. There is no lag-free PS2 to 360 converter which doesn’t require a wired 360 controller. That controller you linked to needs a wired controller to work.
That’s disheartening to hear. I believed I heard good things about the Blaze and Focalprice converters too…
Wow, I can’t believe someone actually answered my question, thank you.
Is there a super cheap wired controller or some cheap way to make a wireless controller wired to hook up to the converter?
Ya, I ordered one of those focal price ones, its been about a month and I messaged them, they said they’ve been having delays due to the holidays but people who purchased one before the holiday season had the same problem.
i have the old ps2 offical streeet fighter anniversary edition arcade stick
i was looking to get a converter that converted to the ps3 and the 360 all in one with no lag.
is there such a converter? also where do i buy buttons for such a stick?
