ooh real names I like it. yeah I recently got hired at the state of Alaska. I’ll be working at the state and JCP both full time for the next year so I can put down a payment on a house, so I figure I won’t have the free time to justify spending $130 a month on internet for a while.
maybe on weekends I can make my 3G phone be a hotspot and play on GGPO through 3G. and ya’ll thought the connection was bad before!

thanks! I think it’s like $25000 for a 20% downpayment on a small 2 or 3 BR townhouse, which seems like a lot to me but I don’t know what it’s like anywhere else in the US.
yeah our connection seems pretty solid. I used to play on OE with delay at 0 and have been playing on GGPO with delay at 1, I’m sure that helps too. it feels kinda bad but it’s better than people playing two games and then having to leave because they can’t see what’s happening on screen.
