***Preppy: ***My mistake, just confirmed it with Big3D, Kobun is in the same palette as Tron’s. My bad. I’ll mess with Tron a little bit more tomorrow. She has own palette for drill, rock, antenna, etc. It should be fun. Also, AFAIK if you edit the kobun for that palette, it will affect all the Lunch Rush ones. As for Iceman/SilvSam, i dare not touch them just yet.
***Shodokan123: ***Read Toodles’ reply. You need to tweak the laser lens of your DC so it plays CD-RW’s.
Also, whoever designed Shuma’s character, should die in a fire. Seriously, 20+ variants for one button is NOT COOL.
mine plays cd-rw’s with no modding of any sort, i dont use CDR.

hey i’m having problems with the bin2boot program. When i drag the .bin iso over to the selfboot.exe, it goes to a dos program and shuts off immediately. Usually u can see ur iso being selfbooted with data written, but i dun see it anymore. how to fix?
maybe the .bin wasnt built right…?

ok I just stated this color edit and The Preview button won’t allow me to preview my progress. These are steps I’ve done and I’m having a few problems.
BACK UP YOUR DIRECTORY OF EXTRACTED FILES.
Decide exactly what you want to edit. The basic MvC2 colors are documented here. You will have to painstakingly edit each character per button-selection type, so start with just one.
Open PalMod.exe. Go to the File menu. Browse to your directory of extracted files. At this point you should see this:
The first drop-down listbox lets you select which character to edit. Set that to the character you want to edit.
Click Preview (This is were I’m stuck)
Then sometimes the program shuts down with a error.
Can anyone help me please?

Mine shutdown randomly a few times a while ago, but it just stopped doing that. Are you running Vista; cause I am.

I’m still not sure why pasting codes doesnt work for me. I can select all the squares by pressing ctrl+a, but pasting with ctrl+v doesnt do anything for me. When i hit ctrl+v none of the colors change at all. Anyone know why?
