Baton pass was super dumb and they should have just banned it in the first place if they kept having problems with it. Trapping abilities like Shadow Tag and Arena trap have always been an issue, Dugtrio got huge buffs this gen that actually made it problematic. During the first suspect people were making reqs with Trapinch/Diglett stall like nothing was lost
