The trick for Dittos that I’ve been using is to…
- Have a munchlax with recycle as its ONLY move.
- Have a Persian with a leppa berry and the move switcheroo
- Have a wild Ditto transform into the munchlax
- Switch in Persian and switcheroo the leppa berry onto it.
- Ditto is now in an infinite loop of recycling its leppa berry, and can’t attack you.
- False swipe to 1 health (I’ve been using Sneasel, but just about anything works).
- Adrenaline orb.
- Kill 30 of its friends.
- Catch one when you’re bored.
I’ve caught two shiny Dittos off this method, and four 4x31 IV Dittos.
Do you have to catch the original one or one that comes to help?
The ditto you have transform into munchlax at the start will have the same IV chances as any other wild encounter. Kill him and capture his friend.
I should also note that for Persian and Munchlax, you’ll need to use heart scales with the move recaller. There might be more efficient/cheaper ways to do this.

I just wanna say that Aurora Veil IcejjFox (Ninetails) and DD Mega G-Dos, is one of the most absurs things you can run. When you tank KoKo’s Thundeebolt and DD in its face to sweep is fucking hilarious.
That T-bolt that normally OHKO’s, yeah imma need you to try again.
No but seriously I am able to get 2-3 boost every single sweep. This is crazy. I can’t wait til the ORAS Mons come to play. That should make this more interesting but right now this is basically as free a win but as you can have.
Just want to say i still havent gotten passed the first town in this game Dx someone hook it up with a totodile. Munchlax, pichu, rowlett is an ass team, and the game is no fun atm…

Hey idea for Tsareena. With her Qieenly Majesty ability. She can shut down a choice user that is locked into a priority move. And if it’s the last poke basically that’s victory.
Also this is more gimicky but in a double battle. If u suspect your foes poke is banded with a priority move. Or there’s a prankster poke etc. Switch in Tsareena to stop the move. Then have the other Pokemon use a switch prevention move like Fire Spin. That Pokemon will now be stuck using struggle or its only move not given priority through prankster.
From there you could switch the other poke for a sweeper and it can set up for free
