what program did they use to make the cut scenes in metal gear solid peace walker? like that comic book style, yet the sketches or characters, seem to be moving. I don’t think i can get the exact same program, because i don’t have the skills or w.e amount of $$ it would require, but that’s not my point. is it flash they’re using? or some program of similar capacity?
i wanted to try to make some animations like that since i’m writing something and wanted to make the sketches into similar viewing scenes. anyone know able to help enlighten me?
