This weekend, if I’m all by myself, can I still enter the team-SSFIV three times with myself being all three players? I think if I payed the fee you can’t really tell me no. I could pretend to be three different people each time I play…you think I’m kidding but I do crazy stuff like that.
- After actually reading the information in detail, I have discovered that I can simply pretend to be two people instead of three which is disappointing and exciting all the same.
So since it has been agreed upon that a majority of the populace aren’t attending casuals at Madness today, where shall things be happening? Because a certain Litchi playing Dolphin didn’t bring Blaz last night to Nashi, I am still having withdraws.
I’ll be honest, the only reason I’m OK with Sentinel being there is that he has no hyper armor and takes damage normally.
But this is my take:

Magneto = super jump dash pressure was nerfed; he needs to be much higher in the jump since his air dash comes out fast in order to try to rush the same way. Sure, this is only a minor inconvenience but I don’t know about you guys, but I like air and breathing room.

Storm = she’s slowed down, and from the looks of her attacks either her priority changed or something weird. I keep seeing her attacks either get stuffed or mysteriously whiff… Additionally, no more automatic battery from super jump, hold up, fierce fierce fierce. As a battery she’s now lacking in comparison to other options. That doesn’t mean she’s not good, but she’s not as good as she was in MvC2 by any means.
People are more than welcome to MSS again. I’ll just do what I usually do and that is pick unusual characters that make people wonder why I’m using them.

I wasn’t feelin’ very well two days ago and stayed out of work. Perhaps it is something going around? Well, as much as I’d like you to be there because you’re apart of the blaz competition, don’t stress yourself. 10 bucks to play against people who you can play for free later on isn’t worth your health.
As for sentinel, it’s probably because he is actually doing stuff in this game. Well, he did stuff in Marvel 2, but in this game, he’s doing enough to be a point man instead of a character you learn when shit hits the fan. I just hope he can’t Herp, then Derp, then Hyper Sentinel Force. His air combos look hella fun.
I’ll be hosting casuals after the tournament today at my place. If any of you need to crash here for the night, let me know. I’m more than willing to let any of you rest and chill out out at my place.
@ thehurricane: If you wanna have some people from Charleston come by for casuals, that would be great. Once MvC3 hits, I’ll be having crack session A LOT at my place anyway and also prepping for FR as well. The more the merrier

I really had fun this weekend hangin’ out with everyone and the Charlotte crew. That Arcana hype is strong, we finally got a few peeps aboard that Arcana train and more peeps have a copy of the game (Me included). I’ll be practicing a few Saki combos and going back to my gaming roots. Two more weeks until Mahvel hits the streets and SGX’s tournament is comin’ up.
But first, I’ve got to take some time to finish cleaning up my room and picking up the house a bit.
