Its been over a week since he posted in this thread or replied to any of my emails. Ur not alone bud! I’ve been waiting for an answer from him since last thursday.
My package has officially been in the country for 1 week, and has yet to arrive.
Something must be up with infamous. Hope he’s alright…
I can’t imagine that infamous has anything to do with our packages being held. It sounds like ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS), where my package is currently stuck at, is taking their sweet ass time in sending our packages to customs and out of customs.
The only way infamous could be at any fault is if he didn’t have the required documentations and/or didn’t pay the fees.
I’m giving infamous the benefit of the doubt though, and I’ll be calling USPS as soon as I get back home from class.
I’m betting that has nothing to do with InfamousKid as it was posted earlier in the thread that people had packages held at customs pretty much just as a “Check” that took like a week. Which is annoying, but not controllable.
Yeah, my bad, I didn’t write clearly enough. I meant something must be up with infamous because he isn’t emailing anyone or updating this thread, which is unusual.
I’m sure Brian is probably getting overloaded with the amount of people calling/pm/e-mailing him. For all we know he could be in the process of sorting/shipping out products. Brian is a real nice guy to deal with, my package got lost in the mail and he stepped right up on it and sent me a new package, so I’m positive he’s doing everything in his power to get all the orders together and shipped.
I hope the guys alright, he is usually very good about communication.

omg man that place is a blast. first time there. anyways some of you have already spoken to me on the first day i was back and some have grabbed their pickups.
as for the packages beind held by u.s. customs. i am sorry to inform you but once it the package is in the hands of your governments customs or border services agency, your pretty much at the mercy of your government. this is now out of my hands.
As many of the more experienced buyers here know that once customs decides to open, hold or even destroy items these. The seller cannot be held responsible. I do not think anyone’s packages are being held at this point because if they were. you would have all gotten nice border services envelopes requesting you to pay duties or explain what you are going to use these parts for. likewise i would have gotten a call requesting where these parts came from and their original prices showing that i paid duties on them already.
in terms of communication. I will be getting back to my normal response times starting monday after i let my liver heal a bit from visit to the vegas strip. all emails will be answered. and to those i answered from my blackberry while i was in vegas if i respond to your email again please ignore it. once again starting monday it is business as usual. oh yeah btw the guys who had missing parts from the supplier. those parts did arrive while i was gone. i got the delivery notification and i have to pick it up from fedex depot. anyways i’m still on vegas time and i have to be up super early to prepare for my nephews baptism on sunday soooooooo ADIOS!!! good night guys.

Hey just wondering if the group buy turn around time is 1 week as stated?
Lol that only happened for the first two group buys. As of Group buys 3-5 it average to be 2weeks-1month to get parts. Its heavily delayed from what was noted from the first post but nonetheless you’ll get it ur stuff in the end.
this is different from SF4 this is now a game of patience =) lol

there are delays which are out of my hands. supplier error in shipping or supplier not fulfilling the complete order. regardless we are also a little busy because of the amount of orders and current work being done on the website. everyone who wants to know the status of the site we are 90% complete and ready. the major things we are doing now is testing the shipping and handling modules and interaction between our server to paypal and moneris as well as fedex and ups worldship. this is also known as stress testing. we are also in the process of moving our server away from godaddy and into toronto’s fibre optic central 151 front street. this is all done to make sure there is no room for security flaws and as well to make sure our site does not get hammered to hell in traffic and last of course to ensure your data and transactions are secured and not overchraged on shipping.
Have you recieved them? If not, when do you expect them?

I was one of the first in the Group 5 buy, and had submitted my order before you even had officially opened the Group 5 buy, that was on April 21st.
Regardless, I assume my parts will be sent this week now?
Can this be arranged?
