Infamouskid… I was wondering where my package was since you said you shipped last week, and I’m only down the QEW. I just noticed the tracking numbers. The one for my name, Jeff Strong, shows that it has been delivered to Scarborough. I’m in Hamilton. Did you post the wrong tracking number for me? Thanks.

Been working on it since I got the case from the group 4 buy. jtuyen case and joystick package I got here. Can’t wait for my parts in the group 5 so I can finish the other one!

the damaged goods is out of my control and really in my position all i can do is apologize for this. i do have other colors on hand if your interested in subbing for those ones of the same button you ordered. if not the only options i can offer is a discount on your next order or refund on the parts. i will accept fault in this matter since honestly there is no excuse at this point. you are correct. all i can do right now for anyone who is in this scenario is try my best to answer your questions and offer what i can as a solution.

right now it says it is at main B sort facility in Mississauga. it should be out for delivery tomorrow. most gta bound items are 1 - 2 day on expedited.

So, how much longer am I gonna have to wait? When are you expecting to receive the replacement buttons? The options you have given me seem fair, however, I’m gonna need an ETA on the parts to make my decision. I understand your busting your ass setting up the site and I’m sure this is a very exciting time for you but for me, an existing customer who has had to wait a pretty long time for parts-paid, I’m just trying to get taken care of? Don’t I deserve it?

Yea, I was curious about the group buy 3/4 incentives (40% off and sponsor packages). Is that when you open up the website? Can’t wait to order another stick from you!!

actually we get everything at COST but only for 1 stick and/or 8x 30mm buttons…etc basically all or any items in a kit.
