or i could of let you order from the other 2 shops that aint even open and let you wait longer. i already pm’d you your eta on these parts and i think that is a fair timeline compared to some other members here who have been waiting more then 2 months with the other guys for smaller things then this.

look people. if you don’t appreciate the time and speed me and the people i have brought in to work round the clock to get your orders out then i don’t know really what i can do to satisfy you. because at the end of the day when i look at this. i am still cheaper and i am still able to fill more orders faster, even with delays compared to your other alternatives. don’t get me wrong i appreciate your business but some of you are starting to act like immature eleventeen year old’s hooked on crack looking for the quick fix.
this is how the real business world works with supply and demand guys. there will be errors. there will be delays from time to time. the government can step in from time to time like legalized gangsters to make sure they are getting a cut. and last your just going to have to wait sometimes. that’s just the way it is.
as a seller i feel i have done my part pretty well. i answer every single question when i can. and never ignore any emails or phone calls and i leave you 3 detailed updates daily. now i look around me i dont see any of that level of service existent anywhere right now. maybe from us smaller guys but from full product suppliers. no. it’s just not happening.
Brian, I appreciate everything you are doing for us. Even if you shipped out my order, I would have to wait for it in the mail anyways… and the worst part, once it reaches US soil, I won’t even know where it is cause Canadian tracking doesn’t update here stateside I don’t think. Either way I will be waiting. Heh… I waited this long, I might as well stay patient.

Dude, I’m sure that the majority of people that have ordered appreciate what you are doing. There are a lot more names on that list than I see impatiently posting here asking for you to bend over backwards for them.
I’m sure everyone is excited to get their parts, but not all of us have been nagging and hassling you relentlessly. I appreciate the updates… I think you are going above and beyond by spending so much time on here communicating. I just fear that if these children don’t ease off then you may get fed up and just call it quits.

actually i think they are changing this now. fedex has stepped in and partnered with canada post for certain products. i haven’t gotten anything in the mail from canada post regarding this yet but i do know it exists.
i’m not calling it quits man that just ain’t me. i just find it total unreasonable the way some people are acting. OMG i have to wait 2 days. well last i checked business hours of operation were monday to friday 9 to 5. i have not slapped this policy in anyone’s faces yet but if this keeps up i will have no choice but to act accordingly and show these people how a real business would treat them.

I can vouch for the whole waiting longer for smaller things. I waited almost 2 months for 1 pushbutton from Lizardlick. Compared to that, this isn’t bad at all.
How much would shipping be on a case to the UK? Provided Jtuyen is still making them.

I’ve been following this thread for a while, despite not making an order yet (I will be in Group 5 though once I figure out what I want) – but if you guys knew how long it took for me to get stuff from AkihabaraShop for nearly a $200 total order, you’d be glad you guys have a DOMESTIC supplier.
Oh, and good luck getting ANY replies from Akihabarashop. Now while I was never in doubt that I’d be getting my stuff, the fact that Brian is local and VOCAL should be more than enough for everyone to just relax, be patient and let him actually pack your items to ship.
Otherwise, there’s plenty of other suppliers you could go to, and best of luck with all that.
Just pick up my parts from B-Man a hour ago. Nice and decent guy in person, group 3 will expect some special news from the B-Man. As for what it is you’ll just have to wait and see.
FYI: B-Man, I think you should pack our buttons individually like how it got shipped to you. B/c putting everything in one basket (ziplock bag) scratch some of my buttons.

Yeah I’m not sure why other people are complaining. There are very few guys offering his amount of selection and going out of his way to update on a daily basis . Does it suck to have delays? Yes. But everywhere is going through these parts shortages, and it’s just how it is, especially with importing items. I actually want to place another order lol despite not having got my items yet, but waiting to see if anything special/discount is going on.
I appreciate everything your doing for these group buys infamous. I ordered a custom stick from a custom stick maker nearly 7 weeks ago and still am not expecting to see it soon. You sir, are saving me from this wait, even with the delays! You have been excellent with communication and customer service, which isn’t easy, especially with this crowd hahaha. I am so glad to see parts are shipping soon and really admire all the work you are putting in to bring arcade parts to the people during this massive shortage. Keep up the good work infamous, you’re awesome!
Toronto to Vancouver is normally 7 business days with regular/expedited parcel, so most likely it will be the following Monday or Tuesday.

Well I could have worked on it, if i was able to get it in the morning or afternoon, but he was only free during the evening for pick up.
