he was never making custom sticks, this is a Do-It-Yourself kit. he supplies almost all parts, you just need to find a PCB and soldering iron … (unless you have a ps3.)

atm the moment group 3 orders are the first to be filled since they have been waiting patiently. but as soon as the rest of the boxes arrive group 4’s will be filled as well. but for now with what parts i have in front of me i will be giving priority to the guys in group 3.

first of all i wanted 6 sanwa 30mm and 24 mm. for my 3rd order. u had put that i wanted 5 30mm and 3 24 on ur list. after i had to correct u again saying i wanted 6 sanwa 30mm , 2 sanwa 24 mm. after that i decide to cancel b/c i didnt want my order to get screwed again like u did in my group buy 2. i havent received nothing yet and i have been very patience here i still order more from u b/c i trusted you. when i went to ur place all my order was mixed up u didnt pay attention to what i wanted. so please dont some here and make this my fault, trying to insult me. all u could have said is my order is in group 5. fcuck i have been very patience with u. first i wanted seimitsu kit u give me sanwa kit, i said i wanyed my case to be pine and when i go there u try to give mdf case when i didnt order for that , after i asked for 8 layout u tried to give me 7 layout button style. i didnt wanted this do happen but u tried to insult thats a nooo. lets see if u will tried to screw my order again.

also looks like im the only one that u screw with the order. i know why b/c i was too nice that part is my fault for being too nice to some ppl.

In all honesty, and respect, this dude is busting his butt for everyone placing these orders. It’s one guy, filling out orders for god, so many people on this and RFD forums. I mean hell, I don’t even know of anyone else even TAKING orders. I can understand your frustration, but I’m sure he’s not trying to screw you. I’m sure everything will work out! I can understand your frustration but, there’s only so much one guy can do.

When You’re a 1 man army you gotta fight all the battles. It’s very obvios that there were flaws in the system he is using right from the get go. Measures could have been taken to prevent a lot of this complaining. But there is blatantly a problem here. Respect to infamous for taking it all on. I sure as he’ll would have lost it by now just from reading the posts.

of course there is flaws. there is flaws to every business. but as i have put in motion and and disclosed i am making changes on the fly and putting up a more automated order system in place which will free up more time for me and let me concentrate on the more key parts of the business. the website is the first goal right now. i believe a proper cms will benefit everyone. customer. supplier and myself.
anytime anything is reluctant on 100% human interaction there is always room for errors.
