yeah, we had a particular bracket that ended up holding SSFIV up for a long time, but things went smooth otherwise.
Will make sure to have a more effective way of organizing brackets next time!

Thanks you guys for helping run the brackets and organize the majority of the tournament! I will check with the Clocktower owner of when we could make the next date for another tourney, but I will have to do that sometime after I get back from SoCal. GGs to everyone! Fairfield tourneys are alive!

Overall pretty good tournament. I had fun, despite having to help out on brackets. I didn’t really enjoy having to do it (or planned on doing it at all when I came), but I felt like it was necessary since Tone looked overwhelmed and was the only one doing SSFIV and BBCS brackets. I don’t want to have to do it again next time, since I typically run BBCS ranbats at SVGL quite often. It’s nice to have a break, and I miss the social aspect of tournaments; running a bracket/tournament makes that aspect pretty much impossible. Sorry if I’m sounding like I’m complaining a lot, but I really did have lots of fun and the tournament was really hype.
One suggestion I made to Tone was to make the brackets on his computer first, and then copy them down on to paper brackets. Once the tournament is over, he can fill the rest in on the program or just say fuck it (unless people want copy pasted full results that bad). With three seperate brackets (and two or three people running those brackets), the tournament should run smoother.
SHOUTOUTS:
Larry - for being cool, having to put out a fire at his home like three hours before the tournament, and winning the tournament.
Lilsicx - for being cool and playing a sick Ken. Makes me want to play SSFIV, but I’d rather watch that game than play it.
Tone - for running the tournament, making brackets. Shit is never easy!
K.Beast - for being awesome, a cool guy in general, and securing the venue.
