I never really noticed any extra lag. We’ll see how it goes. If a random joins thinking they can play with a 150+ ping then it might cause some issues, but we can set it to private slots.

The guy running me asked me if I could go and bring equipment and possibly help run things, so any of you guys wanna go? We wouldn’t have to leave until about 11:30 or so in the morn, and I’m guessing we’d be back by 10, or 11 at worst.
I’m doing dinner + karaoke with my friend and HIS friends who play fighting games + live in Macedonia. Dunno why they haven’t come out yet, but maybe now that I’m meeting them they’ll want to on Mondays.
Also – especially if I meet some PA players this month and can get them to come here – I think we could definitely do a Cleveland tourney again, if we find a decent venue. I don’t have any ideas on one right now though. There’s an arcade/pool hall in Parma I wish we could bring TVs to but they don’t have the space. There isn’t much going on in September – could be a warmup for SB, mostly to see what kind of Cleveland locals we could get.
Chris, I’m probably down for the Pittsburgh tourney, it being a Sunday kinda sucks since I get up at 6:30 am for work Monday. I’ll go if you think we can make it home at a decent hour. Sounds like he wants it to be wrapped up at 7 pm though. I posted in that thread about wanting HDr, that would be more motivation as well lol.

Yeah, with SFIV and BB now (and KoF being new, if that gets popular) I think there’s going to be lots of smaller events going on, at least continuing into next year.
Man, Canada’s T tourney is 8/8 - 8/10, but I’m already traveling so much June - August that I dunno if I can or wanna go

It would be nice since it might be 3s’s last hurrah, and the comp up there is about as serious as it gets outside of Cali and the MD/VA guys. I haven’t played anything seriously in a major for a couple years now.
