Cleveland -- old thread

Yo Chris. Have you received any of my calls? Been tryin to call you for the last few days. I dunno, maybe you’ve just been really busy. I guess I’ll try again today.

Sorry dude, yeah kind of – fight night I was gonna call you after and we went out to eat late, and then yesterday I was snoozing after work for hours

Hey Alan, where are you in Parma? That’s where my parents live, well Parma Hts, technically.

My friend from music is coming over Monday to play some GoldenEye for $$ if anyone wants to get in.

License + pistols, let’s dooooooo it

Good times this past Monday.

I was going to practice some mvc2 but forgot my copy at Chris’s

Ghaleon and I are getting so fucked up tonight.

yeeeeeeea

congrats Alan. You know what you doing

John: It’s Gabby JAY. CMOWN. CMOWN.

aha watching some videos of Kid Quick. Dude how the fuck did Jason lose to Glass Joe. And I told you a bunch of console characters are from arcade: Here’s Dragon Lee, Bear Hugger, etc. : http://punchout.vgfort.com/boxers.php

Punch-Out is amazing. I remember trying to speedrun Nick and Rick Bruiser, I think the best I got on the final one was like 8 seconds or so.

I haven’t played the new one yet but i have it. I need to. Maybe this weekend.

Super Punch-Out is sick with those couple-second KOs on like every character.

The Wii one is supposed to be really good. I’m not really that excited though if it’s just NES rehash. I mean Super Punch Out was so cool because it was more like the arcade and not just the NES one all over again. The Wii one has only one new boxer – WTF

John, if I end up seeing you today I hope you can bring TTT and my PSP. Man, I’ll actually have to buy a game for it since they’re remaking Lunar for it (again – but it sounds like it might still be good in its own way)

edit: I def wanna get good at the arcade one. Will spend some more time w/ it next time I’m in Cincy

Yeah they are from Super Punch Out!! Arcade. The first only had a handfull of characters Glass Joe,Piston Hurricane,Pizza Pasta,Bald Bull,Kid Quick and Mr. Sandman.

But man the one on Wii is effin sweet. with Super Macho Man being a stuck up prick.

Hey John, you goin to MWC?

*John, if I end up seeing you today I hope you can bring TTT and my PSP. Man, I’ll actually have to buy a game for it since they’re remaking Lunar for it (again – but it sounds like it might still be good in its own way)

they need to stop remaking lunar and start making good sequels. one remake was enough already

I don’t think so manny
Chris I’m trying to find a punchout iso now might need to borrow the wii Monday

I know man – that’s FOUR version of Lunar:Silver Star, is that unbelievable or what? I thought only Square and Nintendo pulled that shit.

Did you play the DS version? I couldn’t believe how hard it sucked. I’m still glad I played it though, that’s how starved I am for my fav game series. I’m even in the middle of Lunar: Magic School on Saturn since someone finally posted a really good walkthrough for it (it sucks too but not as bad as the DS one).

Someone bring TTT on Monday puhlease. Plus I wanna see Anthony and John play.

Yeah, if you find Punchout bring the disc and we’ll try to get it working. Wii is all yours once it’s working OK. I know there are ISOs out there but some need to have a scrubber run on it or something (?) cos it wants you to update your system

i’m gonna try and come out to fight night tomorrow… ttt fuck yeah!

if you guys are playing tomorrow i can bring TTT along.

never played DS Lunar because i’ve heard too much bad an not enough good. is it really that terrible?

i have 3 copies of mvc2! lol

won’t be out on mon. have to work 12s this week.

ohh snapp, did someone say tekken tag

y’all ain’t ready
