It was last blade 2 but I asked in the thread if we could run 2k2um instead. Unless someone really has their heart set on lb2. Also the DC version is weird.
Okay so I just had this huge fucking rant written about how I’ve put hours into trying to get sf3 to work in MAME or GGPO several times, and in the middle of it I got the Japanese version of it to work in GGPO offline somehow. Huh.

ya i dont wanna change lb2 to kof 2k2 i like lb2 and i like the fact that every game in the snk league was from a different franchise so if your gonna play 2k2 then you need to take out 98 and i dont vote for that either
I personally don’t care, but I want to add Rage of the Dragons in there somewhere. Game is too good not to be played.
I suppose since it was initially down as LB2, I need to keep it if not everyone agrees on switching. I remembered that I have Skeez’s NEO GEO home system with the converter for MVS carts so we could play it on that with the original Neo controllers. Or on arcade on the candy. I am switching out the sticks on Friday but it is still a little cramped on that cab. The other option would be MAME but my MAME setup will be used for the Mystery game tournament most of the day. If anyone wants to bring theirs, that another option.
If my 6-slot board has controller ports, we could actually just plug the neo controllers into the arcade machine. I ordered some PS2 to NEO adapters because I got a new Supergun so that we can use it for stuff like this. It’ll be so much easier as long as they don’t lag. They shouldn’t because it’s just wire to wire with no scaling or converting of signal. We will see

i dont really like neogeos button layout so id prefer to not play on that. i know luke has a dc to ps2 converter i could prob borrow from if. so if anyone has another one we could just use dc…or the candy cab is fine just so long as its a regular button layout im fine.

GG’s all, I’m in permanent rage mode when playing Tekken, I cannot mentally keep up with that game yet. Ah well, 3 more years. Sorry if I annoyed any of you with my frustration. Can we all agree that Yun and Yang are stupid choices for SF4?
I can’t imagine Yun and Yang being slowed down in SSFIV and still be effective. I feel like they’re going to be like Makoto, very, very different from 3rd Strike counterparts. I would’ve preferred Rolento because he has a whooping stick!

Good games 2 every1 I played in Tekken last night: Brandon, Wolfman, Frankie, Zach, & Kam. It seems like ppl are definately leveling up & doing some nice shit 4 sure. I was impressed w/ how well Frankie & Kam were playing against me last night, especially Kam w/ his “Mr. Bitches” shinanigans. Lol. Good stuff indeed. Also, Kris was playing pretty well w/ Steve against Brandon from the matches I saw. Trying 2 harness that Nin strength 4 sure. Good shit indeed. :tup:

I think he means the actual button placement on NeoGeo cabinets/controllers.
yun and yang are stupid choices they are either gonna be annoying as hell with dive kick pressure or they are gonna suck cuz 3s characters need parrys not fucos attacks
