and do we really need a dayton thread and a cincy thread…im starting to get sick of checkin each one when they have a lot of the same stuff in it. i was thinkin a southwest ohio/northen ky thread should be good. i mean hell with the help of the arcade we rarely game without each other anymore anyway.

haha thats how the game works. you spend a lot of time catching pokemon when its really the pokemon who are catching you. im pickin mine up tomorrow as soon as gamestop opens and playin that shit allll day. pokemon games are the shit. always have been hopefully always will be.
I’m just sticking with my Platinum version for now, i don’t want to have to play through another Pokemon game just yet…maybe during the summer.
Although Nintendo is starting a League for the Pokemon video game and not just the card and all games will be played on HG/SS, so I’ll get it eventually.

Those that went to blizzcon got beta keys.
The first wave of beta invites were mainly to blizzcon 2008 attendees. There was a follow up mini wave to get more keys to the blizzcon attendees, as they were guaranteed keys. The second major wave(the one I got into) was a lot of people who opted in through their battle.net account.
All my friends and I did the battle.net thing, but a couple lucky bastards got in the beta. My friend got into the RUSE private beta last year too, the lucky fuck.
I did the beta for Red Alert 3, but I would much rather have the chance to play some SC2 haha.
Im still hopeful that I get into the SC2 Beta. I got into the Frozen Throne Beta way back when… was really cool to see the evolution of a game like that.
I’m glad to hear there are some people still interested in PC gaming, most people just settle for their Xboxes and Playstations, but to be honest, they do have mostly the same games these days.
