Just so everyone knows, a Shepard Fairey exhibit just opened today down at the Contemporary Art Center downtown. Shepard Fairey is the guy famous for his propaganda posters like the “Andre the Giant Has a Posse” and “Obey” stickers and posters, as well as the Obama “HOPE” poster used during the last election.
It’ll be here until August 18th.

I have one here (my brother’s) that eats disks (gives the deep circular scratch), and he’s basically told me if I can get this fixed, I can use it for Super SF4 when it drops.
Called M$, they told me they couldn’t do anything about it without wanting essentially the cost of a used console, so if I can get it fixed for less than that, it’s a good deal.
Also, yes, we’ve tried to redring the fucker, and it seems to be built well enough to where it won’t.
