megamans anti air assist should hold them there long enough while you charge up that big ass car lighter that joe can summon
and his bomb assist is mostly for block pressure…when lockin them down with mega mans c and various normals try sending out a joe bomb to keep the afraid of movin just make sure you dont get hit by it yourslef

so ya went to east side game shack today up in mason
they had 20+ big ass tvs but the ps3s were hooked up thru regular boring old av cables that was shitty
waaaayyyyyywaaayyyyy too much naruto and smash goin on so its not a suitable environment for the rest of the fighting game community unless it gets seriously toned down
over all it was ok al is better i mean hell lethal enforces arcade beats a ps3 with av cables any day

Where the TV’s HD ot SD because they may just have the goal of not having any TV lag if they’re running ps3 + AV Cables. Which is a good thing.

The GC Naruto games are REALLY good. And this is coming from someone who hates the GC with every fiber of his being (sans RE4, of course).
