I’m definitely going to be there this Thursday. Luckily this quarter I have no classes Fridays so assuming I’m not behind on my work I should be able to make it out much more often.

its a shame that I cant play UMK on an arcade machine, because if memory serves me correctly, I was playing Darius in Trilogy a few weeks ago, busting out some beautiful combos with my rent-a-cop. I can only play MK on a SNES or PS controller. Meh.
I will try to come this time, provided I can sleep early for once, if anyone can play Marvel, XSF, ect. Also, I guess the “interest” in Alpha 3 that came because of the Alpha characters in SSFIV, has waned?
Quen: I think everyone is covered in 777, Mokujin can mimic someone else’s combo so it should be included.

I remember the rent-a-cop and his partner getting their asses kicked by Jax and Kung-Lao. We’re not even gonna bring up Big Daddy Shao Kahn lol. For me to play that game at my best, I need a six button controller like the Saturn. I can get down with the arcade layout but I’ll make entirely too many mistakes.

I still enjoy Alpha3, that was before I took any fighter really seriously but I would play it all the time when Game Junkie was still around.
i dig the designs,most importantly the blue one. good thing i’m getting that one!
We went back and forth, but my combos were more polished. SON. It was good games, I enjoyed it much more than I would have enjoyed SFIV. Get a Saturn USB controller. I cant TOUCH that shit or the arcade. MK2 and 3 were exponentially better on SNES than Genesis, I only played it on that. Same with Street Fighter, I had a 6 button for Sega, and the SNES, I played both version of Turbo about the same. But when Super SF2 came out, the SNES version killed the Genesis in gph/sound so I also stuck with that version. I later progressed onto PS1 without getting the Saturn, so I was further inclined to that type of controller for PSX MK3 and MKT, Capcom games, ect…

so ya ill prob be at al tomorrow but there was this big ass asian guy who claimed to have a copy of tvc uas that he bootlegged from sb4…sounds kinda shady but if he is tellin the truth tell him to bring it and bring me a copy as well…he promised me one so im not askin for what wasnt already offered i just dunno who the guy is or anything. all i know about him is he plays bb and prob smash…does anyone know who he is and does anyone talk to him on a regular basis to tell him this…
he probably just downloaded from any old torrent site. you should look for it.
